7 months agoOkay so for one, this review isn’t about the food because I’ve been here so many times, I love the food. But the customer service NEEDS to do better. When we get there, they tell us they didn’t see the order so they didn’t have it ready and mind you it has already been 30 minutes at this time. She say she wasn’t looking at the app, but if you’re getting orders in there too then why wouldn’t you be checking that? So I feel like there should be some sort of compensation. It doesn’t even have to be a refund maybe an extra Meal or maybe even $10 off or $10 in points something but Just a “I Didn’t see it” and we alwaysss dine here. I love their restaurant
